To work for Oxbridge Investment Banking™ you need to have once worked for a recognised investment bank or related financial institution: either in the UK or abroad.

‘Investment bank’ and ‘financial institution’ are used here in their wider sense, and thus former traders, stockbrokers, financiers and other financial professionals with relevant experience of investment banking are welcome to apply.

We also accept professional HR personnel with experience working for investment banks.

Most of our bankers are graduates of either British or American universities, but a degree is not mandatory for applying.
